摘要
民办高职院校在其发展进程中,不可避免地遇到办学规模的扩大和优质师资的缺口这组矛盾。处在矛盾中心点的教师招聘工作,面对难以解决的问题,从分析招聘机制开始,积极探索招聘工作的完善方式,为稳定、壮大民办高职教师队伍做出努力。
During the developing process of the private vocational colleges, the contradiction between the increasing size of the colleges and the lack of qualified teachers is unavoidable. Recruiting teachers,as the focus of the contradiction, is confronted with difficulties. The personnel department should start with the recruitment system analysis, and then actively explore a better recruitment pattern in order to make contribution to a stable and large teachers group in private vocational colleges.
