The Skills Preferred Modern Apprenticeship in Vocational Education

现代学徒制是一种建立在悠久的社会小生产旧式学徒制传统与广泛存在的非正式学徒制需求基础上的技术技能型人才培养途径。现代学徒制是理论学习和技术技能培养两种模型的有机结合。在我国的职业教育推行现代学徒制,还存在一些现实困难和问题。吸收我国传统学徒制的优点,并借鉴国外职业教育的先进经验,从法律法规等方面构建适合国情的制度保障体系。

The modern apprenticeship has also got development which is a way to train talents with skills based on the age-old apprenticeship which is characterized with the social small-scale production, and the demand widely existed for the informal apprenticeship. The modern apprenticeship is a dynamic integration of two modes-theoretical study and skills training. However, there are stills some challenges to promote the modern apprenticeship in vocational education in China. With the advantages of the traditional apprenticeship and the foreign vocational education experience, the security system which is suitable to Chinese situation should be constructed from different aspects(e.g. the laws and regulations).
