摘要
本文就当前社会人才竞争激烈的环境,阐述了企业如何才能选到适合自己企业发展的优秀人才,同时在企业发展过程中如何才能把人才留住,分析了当今企业在选人和留人方面等方面存在的一系列问题,以及面对这些问题可以采取的相应对策。要运用科学的选人模式和有效的激励机制,把握人才,用好人才。
Based on the analysis of the fierce talents competition in current society, this paper analyses ways for the enterprises to get right and excellent talents in correspondence with the enterprise development, and ways to retain talents in the course of development. Meanwhile, a series of problems related to the talents drifting and staying, and the countermeasures and some cautions related are both illustrated. Only with scientific talents selection mode, and effective motivation system can an enterprise retain its talents.
