Research and Practice on the Mode of Education and Teaching Integration——Taking the Aviation Tourism College of Wuxi South Ocean College as an Example

我国高职教育正呈现良好发展的态势,但也出现学生教育管理与教学工作相对分离的状态,影响了学生职业能力的培养和职业素养的提升,也影响了高职教育的人才培养质量。对此,高职院校应树立科学的育人观,坚持以专业人才培养方案统领教学工作和教育管理,始终把学生的教育管理与专业教学作为一个整体进行设计和实施。

China’s higher vocational education is showing a good development trend, but there is also a relatively separate state of student management and teaching, which affects the cultivation of students’ professional ability and the improvement of professional quality, and also affects the graduate quality in higher vocational education. In this regard, higher vocational colleges should establish a scientific concept of educating people, adhere to the professional talent training program to guide teaching and education management, and always design and implement the student’s education management and professional teaching as a whole. This paper has carried out effective research and practice on the integrated education mode of education and teaching.
