高职院校是培养优秀职业人才的基地。在人才培养实践过程中,管理层一定要重视思想政治教育。只有加强思想政治教育,立德树人,才能保证学生健康成长与成才。本文在分析当前高职院校思政教育现状基础上,着重探讨了思想政治教育创新策略,旨在为提升高职院校思想政治教育实效提供一定参考。

Higher vocational colleges are the base for cultivating outstanding professional talents. In the process of personnel training practice, the management must pay attention to the ideological and political education. Only by strengthening ideological and political education and cultivating students with morality can we ensure the healthy growth and success of our students. Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper focuses on the innovation strategy of ideological and political education,aiming to provide some reference for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
