高职会计专业校企合作中的瓶颈及对策

The Bottlenecks and Countermeasures in the School-Enterprise Cooperation of Accounting Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校会计专业对于学生的实践能力要求很高。开展会计专业校企合作教学,是提高学生实践操作能力的有效方法。从目前我国高职院校会计专业校企合作的情况来看,还存在着合作稳定性差、深度不够、方式不规范等问题。针对这些问题本文进行了全面分析,并提出了具体的解决措施,为高职院校会计人才的培养提供更多的办学经验。

The accounting major of higher vocational colleges has high requirements for students’ practical ability. It is an effective way to improve the practical operation ability of students by conducting school-enterprise cooperation teaching in accounting major. Judging from the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in accounting majors in higher vocational colleges in China, there are still problems such as poor cooperation stability, insufficient depth,and irregular methods. In view of these problems, this paper has carried out a comprehensive analysis and put forward specific solutions to provide more experience in the cultivating of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges.
