Innovation on Graduates Business Startup in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

民办高职院校专科毕业生创业创新能力的培养是新时期学校探索教学改革活动中重点关注的问题,只有结合时代发展需求,积极探索创业创新教育活动的开展,突出培养毕业生的创业创新能力,才能增强民办高职院校专科教学的有效性,促进人才培养作用的全面发挥。基于此,本文针对民办高职院校专科毕业生创业创新教育进行了探究,以期可以为民办高职院校人才培养工作的改革发展提供有价值的参考。

A key problem for private higher vocational colleges to focus on is the cultivation of business startup innovation for graduates during this new era.Only with the combination of the demand of time development and the innovative education activities,highlighting the cultivation of business startup innovation,can the teaching effect be improved in private higher vocational colleges,promoting the full play of talents cultivation.In view of such key point,this paper explores the innovative education for graduates to startup a business,aiming to promote the reform and development of talents cultivation in private vocational colleges.
