With the analysis of the reasons for the damage of electronic control injector with high-pressure common-rail,this paper proposes methods to decrease the repairing rate and ways to debug the injector:recognizing the spare parts relations,controlling the injection and life pressure,and checking the damage and replacement of each spare part with the elimination method.
