摘要
采用盐酸洛哌丁胺建立小鼠便秘模型和肠蠕动抑制模型,通过小鼠排便实验和小肠推进实验,观察记录小鼠排便粒数、重量、首次排黑便时间及小肠推进率。研究结果发现,水苏多糖各剂量组均能明显增加便秘小鼠排黑便粒数及重量,缩短首次排黑便时间,中剂量组能够提高便秘小鼠小肠推进率。
By intragastric administration of loperamide hydrochloride to establish a mouse model of constipation and intestinal peristalsis inhibition model .Mouse defecation test and Small intestine propulsion experiment were performed .The number of black stool ,black stool weight ,the first row of black stool time and small intestinal propulsion rate of constipation mice were observed and recorded .Compared with the model group ,the high dose group could significantly improve the body weight of mice , and the amount and weight of the black stool in the mice with constipation were significantly increased in all the dose groups ,The middle dose group could improve the small intestinal propulsion rate .
