小城镇总体规划阶段特色建构路径探索——以安徽省佛子岭镇为例

Study on the Method of Features' Construction in Master Plan for Small Towns:A Case Study on Foziling Town in Anhui Province

为推进小城镇建设健康有序发展,针对小城镇总体规划对城镇特色建设调控乏力的问题,分析城镇特色建构要素,并将其融入小城镇总体规划体系,提出小城镇总体规划阶段特色建构的构成和内容。以佛子岭镇为例,阐述从城镇基础研究、发展战略选择、空间形态设计和实施机制制定等四个阶段来探讨城镇特色建构的具体内容,以期为小城镇特色规划提供一定的借鉴意义。

Owing to the shortage of features in master plan of small towns ,the paper put forward the composition and contents of the method of features’ construction in master plan for small towns and the elements of features’ construction had been discussed as well ,which integrates the method of urban design .Based on the theoretical specific analyzes above ,we had made use of the practice to features’ construction for Foziling Town master plan .
