摘要 为了研究扦插基质、插穗长度、成熟度和外源激素对细柱五加(Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus W.W.Smith)扦插生根的影响,采用正交试验设计不同基质、不同浓度外源激素对不同长度和成熟度的细柱五加插穗生根效果。结果表明,单因素随机区组试验认为沙土混合的基质适合细柱五加扦插,L9(34)正交试验方差分析显示最优组合为A3B2C3D2,插穗成熟度和外源激素浓度对细柱五加扦插生根率、生根数量均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:细柱五加扦插较适宜条件是选择30cm长的一年生带小段老枝的插穗于浓度为200ug/mlNAA中浸泡5h后扦插于河沙∶农家土(1∶1)混合物基质中,扦插效果佳。 Objective :The research aimed to study the effect of rooting agent ,the length of cuttings ,maturity and cutting media on cutting rooting of Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus .Method:Using orthogonal experiment design different substrates ,study of the commonly used different concentrations of cutting media of different length and maturity of Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus .Results :The comprehensive observation that different cuttings rooting rate matrix for river sand :farm soil mixture (1∶1) > perlite :farm soil mixture (1∶1) > vermiculite :farm soil mixture (1∶1) .Result :Single factor randomized block experiment think sand mixing matrix is suitable for Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus .L9 (34 ) orthogonal test analysis of variance shows that the optimal combination for A3 B2 C3 D2 ,the maturity of cuttings and exogenous hormone concentration on Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus . Rooting rate and rooting number had significant difference (p< 0.05) .Conclusion :The more suitable rooting conditions of Eleuthercoccus gracilistylus .is 30 cm long annual with small section old branches cuttings in the concentration of 200 ug/ml NAA soak 5 h after cutting the river sand :farm soil mixture (1∶1) matrix ,the cutting effect better .
