自媒体语境下公民责任意识提升的路径分析

The Path Analysis of the Improvement of Citizen Responsibility Consciousness from the Context of Media

公民责任意识的现代化转变是社会全面发展的前提,是实施依法治国、加强社会监督、推进民主进程的重要保障。自媒体的广泛应用及其极具时效的传播力,有利于对公民身份、公民道德与价值认同等理念进行讨论与传播,为公民意识的觉醒提供了可能,更为公民责任意识的发展成熟提供了平台条件。自媒体时代公民责任意识的养成,应结合网络空间的现实基础,坚持以马克思的人的全面自由的发展理念为指导,甄别与借鉴西方成熟公民观中的个人权利意识,以市场经济体系的变革为起点,以公民权责界定的讨论为着力点,以社会典型的传播为发力点,建构一个符合现代化社会发展要求的内容体系。

The modernization of citizens’sense of responsibility is a prerequisite for all-round social development and an important guarantee for the implementation of the rule of law,strengthening social supervision and promoting the democratic process.The extensive application of 'we media'and its extremely effective dissemination force are conducive to the discussion and dissemination of concepts such as citizenship,civic morality and value identification,which provide a possibility for the awakening of civic consciousness and a platform for the mature development of civic responsibility consciousness.In the ageof we media,the formation of citizen responsibility consciousness should be based on the realistic foundation of cyberspace.This paper insists on Marx’s concept of people’s comprehensive and free development as the instruction by screening the views of western mature citizen individual rights consciousness;by using the transformation of the market economy system as a starting point,using the discussion on defining civil responsibilities as the main point,and using the spread of social typical as the key method,the paper aims to construct a content system to meet the requirements of modern social development.
