美国公益微电影中的人物创作以象征美国主流价值观的美国梦为主线,情感丰富,风格迥异。人物形象的视觉化、人物动作的戏剧化、民众精神的群像化等是美国公益微电影中人物创作的三种基本方法。而狭隘的"美国视野"则带来了明显的人物创作的局限性,表现为只关注美国人的命运,缺乏世界格局。因此,美国导演人在艺术创作,审视剧中人物时应自觉摒弃狭隘的"美国视野",运用更加开阔的"世界视野"。

American Dream,which symbolizes the mainstream values of the United States,is the main line of character creation in American public welfare short films.It has rich emotions and different styles.Visualization of characters,dramatization of characters’actions and group image of people’s spirit are the three basic methods of character creation in American public welfare short films.Meanwhile,narrow'American vision'brings obvious limitations of character creation,which is manifested by paying attention only to the fate of Americans and lacking world pattern.Therefore,American directors should consciously abandon the narrow'American horizon'and apply a wider'world horizon'in their artistic creation and in examining the characters in the play.
