标签打印机广泛应用在超市、物流仓储、图书馆等工业、商业、零售业中。标签打印系统往往要求准确控制,高速运行,一体制作。基于西门子PLC的标签打印系统能够很好的模拟仿真打码机的工作原理。采用电动机、PLC以及变频器、触摸屏等组成的YL-158GA1工控系统,上位机进行编程,实现仿真模拟标签打印机的打印功能,针对职业教学具有很强的实用性。
Label printers are widely used in supermarkets, logistics warehouses, libraries and other industries, businesses and retail businesses. Label printing system often requires accurate control, highspeed operation and integrated production. The label printing system based on SIEMENS PLC can simulate the working principle of the code printer very well. Using the YL-158 GA1 industrial control system, such as motor, PLC, frequency converter and touch screen, the upper computer is programmed to realize the printing function of the simulation labelling printer, which is very practical for the vocational teaching.
