创新是国家和民族的核心竞争力,创新决定着个人的成就与发展,高等学校作为国家培养人才的主要机构,肩负着培养大学生具有创新意识和创新能力的历史使命和时代重任,因此高等学校应通过观念更新、氛围营造、教学改革、实践锻炼、制度激励来培养大学生的创新意识和创新能力。
Innovation is a key ingredient in competitiveness of a nation and also an important factor in personal development and achievement.As the cradle of talent cultivation,universities and colleges are responsible for developing students' innovation consciousness and ability by means of updating conception,atmosphere creation,education reform,experiment and practice,adoption of incentive systems etc.
