摘要
在近代中国,教会大学根据社会的实际情形不断对自身进行调整,通过社会服务逐步融入中国社会,并成为中国高等教育体系中具有典型示范意义的大学群体。探讨了近代中国教会大学走向社会服务的原因,以利于深化对大学社会服务职能的认识,为当今大学的社会服务提供借鉴与启示。
In modern China,Christian colleges have made steady adjustments of themselves in accordance with the development in current society.They integrate with the society through social services,and have become a kind of typical university in higher education system in China.A study on the causes of Christian colleges' social services will give us an insight into social service as a university function,and provide some reference and inspiration for current social service.
