On Education of Professional Nursing Ethics in Function Experiment Teaching

机能实验教学是护理专业学生从课堂教学走向临床实践的桥梁。在机能学实验的实践教学中,模拟临床护理工作环境,通过教师示范讲解、学生动物实验个案分析、模拟医疗事故分析、强化技能训练等手段,紧密结合临床实际,将护理职业道德教育贯穿于实践教学的各个环节。从学生学习态度的转变证实这种教学方法有益于提高护理专业学生的职业道德情操和护理伦理行为规范。

Function experiment teaching is a critical stage for the nursing training from classroom to clinic practice.During the function experiment teaching and training practice,by simulating clinic nursing environments,the education of professional nursing ethics have been embodied in all the stages of clinic-based teaching practice including teacher's demonstrative illustration,students' case study of animal experiments,medicinal accident analysis,and skill training.The changing of students' study attitude shows that such educational pattern can help improve education of professional nursing ethics.
