大学公共英语教师教学效能感:影响因素及应对策略 被引量:3

Teaching Efficacy of College English Teachers:Influencing Factors & Countermeasures

摘要 教师的教学效能感是教师在教学活动中对其能有效地完成教学工作、实现教学目标的一种能力的知觉和信念。2006年11-12月间,浙江省8所高校200名大学英语教师进行了实证研究,验证了教师教学效能感与教师对大学英语教学改革态度的密切关系。因此,如何切实提高大学英语教师的教学效能感,使他们积极投身于教学改革,应该是本次教改能否成功的一个重要因素。在分析了影响大学公共英语教师教学效能感的因素后,提出了增进其教学效能感的有效途径。 Teachers' teaching efficacy is a perception and faith of their abilities in fulfillment of teaching tasks and achievement of teaching goals.In May and June,2006,an empirical study of 200 college English teachers from 8 universities in Zhejiang province proves the close relationship between teaching efficacy and teachers' attitude towards teaching reform.How to improve college English teachers' teaching efficacy is an important factor in the successful teaching reform.Factors influencing the teaching efficacy of college English teachers are analyzed and some methods for improvement are also put forward.
