摘要
义务教育均衡化是目前教育界研究和探讨的热点,很多人在认识上仍存在偏差,甚至反对实行义务教育均衡化发展。在阐述义务教育均衡化含义的基础上,从伦理观、价值观的领域,即义务教育均衡化是否应当实施,及其是否合乎理想这两个层面进行了论述。
Balance of compulsory education is a hot issue nowadays.Some people have superficial ideas about it and object it.Based on an illustration of concept of balanced compulsory education,this paper carries out an elaboration about whether it is rational and feasible from the perspective of ethics and value.
