摘要
学校思想政治工作本质上是一项教育工作。教育者要研究说与做的艺术:把握教育对象,研究"对什么人说和做";抓住教育时机,研究"在什么时候说与做";利用教育情境,研究"在什么场合说与做";动用教育机智,研究"怎样说与做"。说与做的教育艺术具有灵活性,只能在具体的教育实践中得到体现;因为它具有复杂性,涉及教育对象的思想和个性特点,以及教育的时间、地点、事件背景和环境气氛;涉及教育者的语言、动作、姿态、表情等因素。教育者要讲究工作实效,一定要重视教育的艺术。
The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is educational work in nature.The edcators should explores the art of saying and doing.They should say and do at the right time to the right objects in the right situation in a right way.The educational art of 'saying' and 'doing' is fexible and is closely related to various factors in the real situations: ideological features and character of the students;time,place,background and atmosphere of education;discourse,actions,postures,facial expressions of educators.It is significant for educator to attach much importance to educational art to improve working efficiency.
