摘要
工学交替作为工学结合的一种实现方式,具有根据学生对职业的认知逐次推进教育内容,充分利用企业资源开展合作育人,通过多种形式对学生进行综合评价等显著特征。这一方式,对学生职业能力和职业素养的提升具有显著作用。
As a kind of implementation method of work-integrated learning alternately,the alternation of working and learning exhibits remarkable characteristics,such as advancing education content successively based on occupation cognition of the students,making full use of the resources of the enterprises to carry out cooperation in education and evaluating students comprehensibly through various forms.This way has an obvious effect on promoting the students’professional ability and professional quality.
