摘要
职业院校在课程开发过程中,在广泛调研、分析和研究企业对人才需求规格的基础上,按照职业"行动领域"中的"工作过程"提炼出典型的工作任务,以此重构和序化学习内容,打破传统意义上的以知识体系划分的课程体系,构建以培养综合职业能力为核心目标的新型课程体系即"学习领域",实现人才培养与产业需求的无缝对接。
In the process of curriculum development,based on the extensive investigation,analysis and re-search on the enterprise demand for talents of specification,according to the"working process"in occupa-tion"action field"to extract the typical tasks to restructure and sequence the learning content,vocational colleges break the curriculum system divided according to the knowledge system of traditional sense.And the college construct a new curriculum system with the cultivation of comprehensive occupation ability as the core target or “learning field”,to achieve seamless docking between talent cultivation and industry de-mand.
