大学生村官理想的质性研究初探

The qualitative research of ideal student village

关注大学生村官理想是大学生村官自身成长内在需要,是新农村建设发展与全面建成小康社会的"外在驱力"。研究采用目的性抽样中的标准抽样方法,被试由芜湖市3名村官和亳州市2名村官构成,以心理传记为主、访谈法为辅,对大学生村官理想的质性材料进行涌验证模式的处理。通过质性研究表明影响大学生村官理想的影响因素有组织承诺、成就目标、心理资本、社会支持。

Focus on the Student Village,Student Village is ideal to grow their own,the new rural con-struction and development and fully completed internal development needs a well-off society,the paper used a standard sampling method of purposive sampling,selected five subj ects,including three selected from Wuhu,two from Bozhou,adopt a mainly psychological biography,interviews,supplemented by dealing the trying mode for the materials of the Student Village idea.Factors through qualitative research shows that the impact of organized Student Village ideal commitment,achievement goals,psychological capital and social support.
