摘要
当前,高校辅导员面对繁重的新生工作,急需要"左膀右臂"来协助他们来完成各项工作,文章结合新生辅导员助理工作实践,对实施辅导员助理的优势进行分析,提出了完善此制度的对策,与兄弟院校辅导员同仁交流。
At present,faced with heavy new work,the college counselors need “left shoulder right arm”to help them to carry out all the work.With the new assistant counselors’working experience,the paper ana-lyzed the superiority of implementing assistant counselors and put forward the countermeasures of perfec-ting this system,and shared our opinions with colleague counselors from other colleges.
