基于高职院校人才培养目标的职场英语教学改革——以湖州职业技术学院为例

The workplace English teaching reform based on the objective of talent cultivation in higher vocational schools——Taking Huzhou vocational &technical college as an example

为了适应职业教育发展的新形势,对接学校人才培养目标,湖州职业技术学院公共英语教师近年来在广泛调研的基础上进行了自下而上的职场英语教学改革,融合语言教学规律和职业教育的规律,并考虑学生未来职业发展的逻辑规律,在教学目标、课程设置、教学内容、教学模式和教学方法、教学评价模式等五方面进行了具体的改革实践。

To adapt to the new situation of vocational education,college English teaching faculty of Huzhou Vocational&Technical College has been actively proposing workplace English teaching reform on the basis of investigation.In order to serve the school's objective of talent cultivation,taking the logical law of students' career development into account and integrating the rules of language teaching as well as vocational education,college English teaching faculty has practised the teaching reform in terms of teaching goal,curriculum,teaching contents,teaching model and methods,and evaluation.
