积极心理学是利用实验方法和测量手段,来研究人类心理积极方面的心理思潮。积极心理学和教育实践相结合,能够更好发挥教育学在教育过程中激发学生内在积极因素,进而促进学生的发展。通过对积极心理的发展及其内容进行梳理研究,对积极心理学在教育教学中的应用进行分年龄阶段的研究。

Positive psychology is a kind of psychological thought which studies the positive aspects of human beings' psychology with experimental methods and measurement instruments.The combination of positive psychology and educational practice plays an important role in motivating the inner positive factors of students in educational process,which can promote the development of students.This paper mainly studies the development and contents of positive psychology as well as its application in education and teaching of different ages.
