高职院校学生党员项目化培养的必要性及其运行机制

The necessity and operating mechanism of project training for student party members in high vocational colleges

高职院校由于存在学制短且党建基础资源相对薄弱等客观原因,导致学生党员培养及作用发挥等方面均受到很大影响。通过引入项目化培养机制,可以细化培养目标,构建有利平台,助推学生党员更好发挥先锋模范作用。

Due to some objective reasons in high vocational colleges,such as short period of schooling,relatively weak basic Party construction resources and so on,there are great impacts on the training of student Party members and their roles.The introduction of project training mechanism can refine training targets,set up a favorable platform and boost student Party members to give better play to their pioneer exemplary roles.
