《救护学讲义》救治衄血特色探析

《救护学讲义》为民国时期岭南骨伤名家管炎威编著的专门针对急危重证的中医救治法教材。该书全面系统讲述救护学,其中第六章为救护诸窍衄血法,内容涉及眼衄、鼻衄、耳衄、齿衄、舌衄等。通过整理《救护学讲义》中的治衄方,可发现管氏治衄既传承《伤寒》、《金匮》等经典,辨证论治,又有自制方,内服、外敷并用,用药取材广泛、简便廉验,对中医急救具有很好的指导作用,值得进一步推广。

As a renowned expert,Dr GUAN Yanwei had edited a book of Jiu Hu Xue Jiang Yi,which is a traditional Chinese medicine teaching material on treatment to acute and critical syndromes. This book gives comprehensive theories on emergency medicine. In the sixth chapter of spontaneous bleeding treatment,the contents contains ocular epistaxis,nosebleed epistaxis,aural epistaxis,gringival hemorrhage,glossorrhagia etc.. By arranging spontaneous bleeding prescriptions of Jiu Hu Xue Jiang Yi,,it is found that not only GUAN’s treatment of spontaneous bleeding are inheritance on Shang Han Lun,Jin Gui Yao Lye,but also there have been self-made prescriptions,intake medicine and topical medication in wide ranges of medicine with reasonable prices and obvious clinical effects. This book has an excellent guidance worthwhile being widespreading.
