摘要 阐述了轴承结构振动产生的原因:第一是由来自滚动体接触方向的作用力而引起轴承套圈产生弯曲变形,第二是由于轴承受径向载荷作用旋转时,其刚度以数倍于钢球沿静止套圈转动的频率,呈周期性变化。同时介绍了理论计算方法及其模拟试验。 The factors inducing bearing vibration on structure were related, the first, the bearing ring was deformed in curve because of the acting force from the contact direction of rolling element; the second, the bearing stiffness changed periodically in several times frequency of the steel ball turning along motionless ring, while acted by radial loads. The method of theoretical calculation and analogue experiment were introduced.
