摘要
比较了普通轴承钢与氮化硅轴承材料的性能,叙述了氮化硅材料制造方法及氮化硅轴承设计。氮化硅轴承用于机床主轴和燃汽涡轮发动机高速运转时,其材料的低密度性能大大降低球与滚道接触动负荷,显著提高滚动接触疲劳寿命。
Bearing material property between general bearing steel and silicon nitride was compared, and the design and manufacturing method of silicon nitride beatings were introduced. Silicon nitride bearings can be used for spindles of machine tools and high-speed gas turbo-generators. Owing to the lower density of silicon nitride material, the dynamic load occurred on the contact area of balls and raceway is decreased, the fatigue life for rolling contact is increased.
