Transforming the technological equipment of internal lapping machine with inside diameter support

为了提高轴承的外观质量,减少并避免加工过程中工装对其它非加工表面产生划伤、划痕等现象,现以3MZ318内沟精研机为例,将它的芯轴和胎垫部分进行相应改造,达到减少并避免划伤以保证轴承外观质量的目的。

For the sake of improving the appearance of bearings, reducing and avoiding the occurrence of scratch or fish tail caused by technological equipment on the surface which doesn't need to be machined, the central spindle and the tyre cushion were transformed, here 3MZ318 was taken as an example to show how to reduce and avoid the fish tail.
