This paper presents a method for the separation of mixed fatty acids by mixed solvent. The solid acid obtained is of good quality. The content of saturated acids in liquid acid is less than 5%. It can meet the raw material requirement set by the imported American technology of producing dimer acid. It is proved by experiments that, the method is advisable and the result of separation is good.
