摘要
本文对编制机械零件设计程序的方法和技巧;表格数据和标准规范的处理方法;图表的简化处理方法进行了系统的论述。并对采用标识符区别不同的设计情况,以扩大程序适用范围的方法;计算机自动检索、自动选型的方法,结合具体实例进行了分析。 本文介绍了七个设计程序的使用功能,这些程序可用于学生课程设计,亦可作为实用程序,对机械零件设计有参考价值。
In this paper, a systematic discussion is given on the methods and techniques of the work-out of a program concerning the designing of machine parts, the treatment of table-data, standard specifications, the simplification of tables and diagrams and the method to draw a fit diagram of approximation equations.
Examples and instances have been analyzed of the adoption of a series of identifiers to distinqutsh different designing conditions so as to extend the application of the program, automatic searching by computers, automatic selection and the method of man-machine interaction.
The applied functions of seven program designs are introduced in the paper, which can both be used for students' course designing and for practical purposes. Their availability for the designing of machine parts is obvious.
