论我国中等城市标准化改革与实践

ON THE REFORM AND PRACTICE OF STANDARDIZATION IN MEDIUM-SIZED CITIES

本文从标准化的实践出发,在调查我国中等城市标准化现状的基础上,着重分析了中等城市的地位、作用和特点;阐述了我国中等城市标准化工作具有区域性、超前性、直观性三大特点;从而提出了在深化改革的新形势下,强化标准化管理工作的途径。

In the light of the practice of standardization of measeur-ment and on the basis of an investigation into the present situation of standardization in medium-sized cities, this paper expounds the view-that the work of standardization in a medium-sized city is characterized by its being regional, frontal and perceptible, after an analysis made on the medium-sized city's position, role and characteristics. And thus a way to enhance the management of standardization under the current situation of intensive reforms is put forward in the paper.
