九年间我厂发生了巨变。产值从1978年的一百零二万元,增加到1986年的一亿零三百万元,今年预计达到一亿四千万元,同转产时的1979年相比,产值增长八十一倍,税利翻了四番,近五年出口创汇二千七百三十多万美元。全厂职工对建设有中国特色的社会主义充满信心,积极变革,勇于开拓,讲求实效,开始形成潮流。我们的经验体会主要是:立足改革是搞活企业的必由之路;为了加快和深化改革,必须加强思想政治工作,思想教育必须面向改革,主动为改革服务,

Our factory has undergone tremendous changes during the past nine years. The annual output value is increased to 103, 000, 000 Yuan in 1986 from 1, 020, 000 Yuan in 1978 and is expected to be increased to 140, 000, 000 Yuan this year. Compared with that in 1979 when our factory began to adopt a policy of changing our products, the annual output value has been increased 81 times and the profits gained and taxes paid have been doubled four times. The foriegn exchange earnings through exporting reached more than $27,300,000 (US dollars) in recent five years. The staff with all the workers of our factory are now with full confidence in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. They are both active in reform and bold in pioneering and are always putting stress on working results. Such a trend is being formed. Our experience can be summed up as follows:Stand-ing firmly on reform is the only way to a lively managerial mechanism of enterprises. In order to speed up and to deepen the reform, ideological education must be laid emphasis on. It should be facing directly the reform and play an active role in serving the reform.
