A Discussion on the Feed Device for the Production Line of Glass Mosaic Pavement

本文介绍了玻璃马赛克的国内外有关情况。针对我国目前都使用人工铺贴费时费力的缺点,提出了机械化铺贴的设想。并用设计的供料装置对玻璃马赛克进行定向排列试验,结果表明,效果良好,有实用价值。

In this paper a general information is given about the product and the use of glass mosaic at home and abroad. An idea is suggested that the pavement of glass mosaic can be done mechanically instead of manually to avoid the present laborious way of pavement by hand. An experiment, to make directional arrangement of glass mosaic with the designed feed device is conducted. The result shows that the device is effective and practical.
