A Few Remarks on LASHEER Acrylic Blankets and How to Achieve Better Economic Results for an Enterprise

改革开放以来,我厂从一间小型机修厂(1980年产值仅33万元)发展成一个大型纺织印染综合性企业。目前,我厂已拥有1.2万锭精纺、7200锭粗纺、200头气流纺设备和晴纶或羊毛提花、簇绒印花、拉舍尔三条毛毯生产线。1987年产值达1.5亿元、税利2700万元,创汇480万美元,分别比1981年增长865％和323％,预计1988年产值可达2.5亿元,创汇可达600万美元。为了提高企业的经济效益,几年来我们的主要作法是:1、积极引进国外先进技术,大力开发竞争力强、见效快、效益高的新产品;2、尊重知识、尊重人才,切实加强对引进技术的消化、吸收和创新;3、从单纯生产型转变为生产经营型,实现观念更新;4、千方百计,增强企业的凝聚力;5、深化改革,搞活企业。

Since our country adopted economic reform and open policy, our factory has been developed from a small machinery repair plant (with an annual output value 330,000 Yuans in 1980) into a large-sized comprehensive textile enterprise with weaving, printing and dyeing processes. At present, our factory possesses 120,000 spindles for fine-spun yarn, 7200 spindles for course yarn and 200 pieces of air-stream weaving equipment and three production lines including one to produce Jacquard Acrylic Woollen blankets, one to produce Tufted Jacquard acrylic blankets and one to produce high grade LASHEER acrylic blankets. The annual output value reached 1.5 hundred million yuans in 1987 and its pretaxation profit reached 27 million yuans with foriegn exchange earnings through exporting 480 million US dollars. Compared with that in 1981, the value increased by 865 percent and 323 percent respectively. Its total output value is expected to reach 2.3 hundred million yuans in 1988, and its foriegn exchange earnings through exporting is expected to reach 600 million US dollars. The chief measures we have taken these years are as follows: Firstly, to import advanced technology and to develop new products with highly competitive capacity, instant effect and high benefit.Secondly, to highly value and respect both scientific knowledge and talented personnel so as to better digest, absorb and innovate on those imported technology. Thirdly, to transform our enterprise from a manufacturer alone into one which handles production and other business management as well with a basis of an innovation of concept. Fourthly, by every possible means to try to strengthen the union of all the members of the enterprise. Fifthly, to keep taking further steps to reform and vitalize the enterprise.
