摘要
教学方法研究在现代教育中依然起重要作用,外语教育亦不例外。外语教学方法、外语教材和外语教师是保证高质量外语教育的三个关键要素。本文从理论和实践两个方面审视近年来国外学者对外语教学方法的研究,从中梳理出其发展特征、现状和趋势,以及对探索适合我国学生的外语教学理论和实践的启示。
Research on teaching methodology and methods has played a central role in modern education, which is not an exception in foreign language education. Foreign language teaching methodology, textbooks and teachers are three key elements of quality foreign language education. This article examines international scholars' research on foreign language teaching methods over the past years from both theoretical and practical perspectives, with the aim of identifying its development, issues and trends as well as implications for the exploration of foreign language teaching theory and practice appropriate for Chinese learners of English.
