全球化时代的语言观与中国语言教育生态的和谐构建 被引量:1

摘要 作为21世纪最显著的特征,全球化使语言功能不断拓展,迫使我们开始重新审视语言的本质,进而改变和影响我们的语言观。全球化时代的新型语言观主要包括语言生态观、语言资源观、语言软实力论等。基于新型语言观,分析、探讨我国语言教育生态环境中母语教育、少数民族语言教育及外语教育的现状,改变在教育及学术研究、语言政策等方面存在的语言"系统论"、"工具论"的语言态度,可以充分了解并重新审视目前我国语言教育生态构建中存在的问题,从而制定具有全球化视野的语言教育政策,合理配置语言资源、教育资源,构建健康、平衡、和谐的语言教育生态。 Language functions continue to expand in the globalized 21 st century. As the most salient characteristic of this century, globalization prompts people to review the nature of language and further changes and influences people's views towards language. The new globalized linguistic views in question are views of language as ecology,as resource, and as soft power.Focusing on these new linguistic views, this paper explores and analyses the current implementation of our nation's mother language education policy,minority language education policy and foreign language education policy in order to change people's linguistic attitude of seeing language as a system and a tool, and reexamine the problems of the construction of our nation's language education ecology. It finally suggests that a healthy, balanced and harmonious ecology of language education should be constructed with globalized language education policies and reasonably allocated language resources and education resources.
