摘要
本文剖析了当前高校大学英语交际能力培养的误区,并在英语国际语视角下重新解读交际能力,指出英语国际语概念有助于应对交际能力培养面临的困境。基于英语国际语概念框架,文章从培养目标、技能培养、教师教育和教材教法等方面探讨了交际能力培养的转型,以期满足全球化发展和我国"双一流"建设对具有国际竞争力的高质量人才的需求。
This paper probes into the misconceptions of communicative competence cultivation in college English teaching.It reinterprets communicative competence in the perspective of English as an International Language(EIL),and argues that the EIL concept is helpful in dealing with the dilemma of communicative competence cultivation.Under the EIL framework,it further explores the paradigm shift of communicative competence cultivation mainly from the aspects of the objectives,skill development,teacher education,teaching materials and methods,in order to meet the needs from globalization and China’s'Double First-class'initiation for high-quality talents with international competitiveness.
