福建省脊椎动物寄生线虫三新种记述和种类名录 被引量:1

DESCRIPTIONS OF THREE NEW SPFCIES AND A LIST OF PARASITIC NEMATODES FROM VERTEBRATES IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

摘要 福建省脊椎动物寄生线虫,最早是Manson(1877)在厦门从狗的消化道中,发现犬恶丝虫、狼螺旋尾线虫(Spirocerca lupi Rudolphi,1819)和寄生于人体的斑氏吴策丝虫Trimble(1917)在福州从人眼结膜囊、眼前房内检得结膜吸吮线虫。以后Faust & Wassell(1921)在福建的狗眼结膜中亦发现这种线虫。Maxwell(1921)在福建南部、永春等地记载家畜寄生线虫9种。伍献文(1927) An investigation of parasitic nematodes from vertebrates in Fujian has been undertaken by the present writer for a number of years. 318 species belonging to 152 genera of 54 families have been accumulated so far, including those named by the author and some reported by other parasitologists.In this paper, three new species of parasitic nematodes from vertebrates in Fujian Province have been described and a check-list of Fujian parasitic nematodes and their hosts both in Chinese and scientific names is given. All the type specimens are deposited in Fujian Teachers’ University. The diagnoses of new species are as follows. 1. Cucullanus fujianensis, sp. nov. (fig. 1—6) This species was obtained from the intestine of Trionyx sinensis. It resembles Cucullanus serratus (Lane, 1916), but differs in the smaller size of body (8.8×0.40 mm in male, 9.20-11.68×0.40-0.48 mm in female), shorter spicule (0.88 mm) and gubernaculum in 'V'-shaped. 2.Hartertia upupae, sp. nov.(fig.7—14) This species was obtained from the intestine of Upupa epops saturata. It resembles Hartertia rotundata (Linstow, 1883), but differs in the smaller size of body (6.20-6.80×0.112-0.138 mm in male, 9.20-120×0.186-0.192 mm in female), shorter spicule (L.S. 0.520-0.540 mm and R.S. 0.175-0.192 mm)and smaller size of eggs (28-30 × 13-14μ). 3. Arthrostoma brevispicula, sp. nov. (fig. 15-24) This species was obtained from the intestine of Manis pentadactylead lmanni. It resembles Arthrostoma felineum Cameron, 1927, but differs in the larger size of body (6.48-7.20 × 0.280-0.320 mm in male, 8.60-10.4 × 0.400-0.460 mm in female) shorter spicule (0.32-0.346 mm), longer tail of female (0.192-0.208 mm), and larger size of eggs(56-62 × 36-38μ).
