武夷山脊椎动物寄生吸虫

NOTES ON SOME DIGENETIC TREMATODES OF VERTEBRATES FROM WUYISHAN,FUJIAN

我们于1981年经初步调查,报告武夷山脊椎动物寄生蠕虫120种,其中寄生吸虫61种。近年来我们继续进行采集,又检得过去未经报道的吸虫50种,分隶于12科21属,其中5种是新种,1种是我国新纪录,兹记载如后。新种模式标本藏福建师范大学生物系寄生动物研究室。

Of the 50 species of digenetic trematodes collected from Wuyishan,5 are considered to be new and 1 is the first record in China.All type specimens are deposited in the Parasitology Research Laboratory,Fujian.Teachers’ University.The diagnosis of the new species are as follows: 1.Asymphylodora(Prostholecithum)elopichthydis Wang,sp.nov.(fig.1) Habitat:Intestine of Elopichthys bambusa(Richardson) This species differs from the related A.rhinogobia Wang,1982,cheifly in the larger size of body (1.12-1.20×40-0.48mm),oral sucker smaller than acetabulum and larger size of ova(32-38×18-22μ) The new subgenus Prostholecithum is erected for the reception of Asym- phodora rhinogobia Wang,1982,A(A)indica Srivastava,1936,and the present new species,its type species.This new subgenus is characterized by the vitellaria being situated in the anterior part of the body. 2.Asymphylodora(Asymphylodora)megalobramae Wang,sp.nov.(fig.2) Habitat:Intestine of Megalobrama terminalis(Richardson) This species differs from the related A.renale Lee,Long et Chu,1958, cheifly in the smaller size of body(1.20-1.38×0.56-0.64mm),cuticle spines distributed in forebody,triangular testes with irrigular margins and eggs ellipsoidal,22-24×12-16μ in size. 3.Asymphylodora(Asymphylodora)ovaliformae Wang,sp nov.(fig.3) Habitat:Intestine of Barbodes(Spinibarbus)sinensis(Bleeker) This species differs from the related A.exspinosa(Hausmann,1897) cheifly in the smaller size of body (0.72-0.78×0.40-0.48mm),acetabuium slightly larger than oral sucker,with a ratio of 1:1.2.Testes ellipsoidal, submedian,situated in the subterminal end of body and larger size of ova (22-24×14-16μ). 4.Mesocoelium magniovum Wang,sp.nov.(fig.4) Habitat:Intestine of Rana quentheri Boulenger This species differs from the related M.ovatum Goto et Ozaki,1930, cheifly in the smaller size of body(0.56-0.62×0.240-0.246mm),genital spore immediately postbifurcal and larger size of ova(50-56×28-30μ). 5.Plagioporus(Plagioporus)opsariichthydis Wang,sp.nov.(fig.5) Habitat:Intestine of Opsariichthys bidens Guenther and Paeudobagrus ful- vidraco(Richardson). This species differs from the related P.(Plagioporus)kyusen Yama- guti,1959,cheifly in the body elongated and flat and almost parallel sided, oral sucker 0.154-0.160×0.160-0.176mm and acetabulum 0.160-0.176×0.160 -0.192mm in size,cirrus sac rather short and larger size of ova(68-76 ×38-52μ). A list of host known digenetic trematodes of vertebrates,heretofore rec- orded from Wuyishan is appended at the end of this paper.
