眼镜蛇血液凝固机理研究(眼镜蛇科)

摘要 Fantl(1961)、Hackett 等(1987)、Lavras 等(1979)和 Nachas(1981)分别在虎蛇(Notechis)、美洲矛头蝮(Bothrops jararaca)和 Waglerophis merremii 进行血凝机理的研究。他们一致认为蛇类凝血的过程比哺乳动物凝血的过程缓慢。但对引起蛇类血疑过程缓慢的原因结论却不一致。Fantl 和 Lavras 认为虎蛇和美洲矛头蝮血凝过程慢的原因是这两种蛇的血浆中都缺乏因子Ⅻ。Fantl All factors in the cobra blood were detected,and platelet count,platelet aggregation and clot retraction tests were taken as well.The results indic- ated:1)There are sufficient concentrations of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ factors in the cobra blood;2)There are not excess heparin, heparin-like substance and FDP in it,so the extrinsic coagulation pathway and the second and the third stages of coagulation in the cobra are well;3) The platelet count for the cobra is low,and platelet aggregation and clot retraction are poor,which has not been suggested before;4)Low concent- rations of Ⅻ,Ⅺ factors exist in the blood of the cobra,which results in prolongation of thromboplastin generation in it,therefore influences the intrinsic coagulation pathway.The 3rd and the4th points mentioned above are the causes of slow process of coagulation in the cobra.
