金线蛙指名亚种、金线蛙福建亚种和黑斑蛙的脑、心、肝和肾组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的分析比较 被引量:2

摘要 本文比较了不同地区产的金线蛙指名亚种(北京产的、杭州产的)、金线蛙福建亚科和黑斑蛙的脑、心、肝、肾组织中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的酶谱.金线蛙指名亚种和金线蛙福建亚种 LHD 同工酶迁移率较一致,但是,它们的酶谱从 LDH1—LDH5各组分含量的多寡有区别。因此,我们认为把它们作为两个不同亚种处理较为恰当.其次,不同地区(北京相杭州)产的金线蛙指名亚种 LDH 同工酶酶谱虽然相似,但是,北京产的金线蛙指名亚种和杭州产的金线蛙指名亚种在脑、肝组织中 LDH 同工酶的组份,还有一些差异.电泳图谱表现出黑斑蛙 LDH 同工酶 LDH1、LDH2、LDH3、LDH4与金线蛙的相比,都明显地具有较小的迁移率。 In this paper the electrophoretic patterns of the isozymes of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the brain,heart,liver and kidney tissues of Rana plancyi plancyi from Beijing and Hangzhou are compared with those of Rana plancyi fukienensis from Fuzhou and Rana nigromaculata from Beijing to determine their taxonomic status. It is found that the mobilities of LDH isozymes of R.P.plancyi and R. P.fukienensis are more or less similar,but their enzymatic amount from LDH1 to LDH5 are different.Therefore,it is appropriate to consider them as two separate subspecies. In regard to R.P.plancyi from two different localities,Beijing and Hangzhou,their enzymatic amount in the brain and liver tissues are also somewhat different.This shows that although they are of the same subspec- ies,the enzymatic amount of LDH isozymes may not be the same. The electrophoretic patterns show that the isozymes LDH1,LDH2, LDH3 and LDH4 of R.nigromaculata have conspicuously smaller mobili- ties than those of R.plancyi.
