眼镜蛇和滑鼠蛇四种组织中元素的比较研究

COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF THE COMPONENTS OF Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca AND Mg IN FOUR TYPES OF TISSUES OF TWO SPECIES OF SNAKES,NAJA NAJA AND PTYAS MUCOSUS

眼镜蛇和滑鼠蛇是我国我省常见的蛇种,民间常用为治疗外科慢性溃疡、皮肤炎以及多种皮肤病。作者在开展蛇类血液研究的过程中,观察到本院不少患有外科慢性溃疡和皮肤病的职工,以及营养不良的儿童服用3至4次蛇肉后,疗效显著。作者推测蛇肉可能对生物体起免疫作用或含有丰富治疗皮肤病的微量元素。因此,我们利用原子吸收光谱分析法,测定上述两个蛇种几种组织中微量元素 Zn、Cu、Fe 及宏量元素 Ca、Mg 的含量,并用比较上述两种蛇种不同组织中五种元素的差异,籍以了解其临床应用意义,为蛇类的药用价值提供新的科学依据。

Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the contents of four elements in four kinds of tissues of Naja naja and Ptyas mucosus,we found: 1、The contents of Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca and Mg in the skin,muscle,bile and plasm of Naja naya and Ptyas mucosus are very rich. 2、The content Zn in the skin,muscle and bile of N.naja is signific- antly higher than that of P.mucosus,so the effectiveness of the skin,muscle and bile of N.naja may be better than that of P.mucosus for the treat- ment of dermatosis and malnutrition in young childeren. 3、The content of Zn in the plasm of P.mucosus which is close to the content of Zn in the muscle of N.naja is significantly higher than that of N.naja,so the effectiveness of the plasm of P.mucosus may be better than the other tissues of P.mucosus for the treatment of dermatosis and malnutri- tion in young children.
