摘要
本文报导应用褐云玛瑙螺(Achatina fulic Fer.)消化液分离漆树(Rhus verniciflua Stokes)的漆汁道的力法。据观察,分离的漆汁道是一层上皮细胞组成圆柱形和扁柱形的结构,分为六种类型(图1—2):(1)漆汁道上有小穿孔;(2)漆汁道联结成环状的结构;(3)漆汁道联结成链状的结构;(4)漆汁道联结成网状的结构;(5)漆汁道上同时有小穿孔和环状或链状的结构;(6)漆汁道下具一级或二级分枝的结构。研究漆汁道类型,可能对漆树分类、产量预测、育种、以及改进割漆技术等都有一定参考的价值。
This paper deals with a method of isolating lacquer ducts from the bark of lacquer trees with snail digestive juice.This method has not been reported before. According to this study,the lacquer ducts are teret or flat teret in form,consisting of a single layer of epithelial cells(Figure 1).There are at least six different types of lacquer ducts found in the course of this study.They are as follows: 1、Lacquer ducts perforated with small round or elliptical opennings of about 16μ in diameter.(Figure2) 2、Lacquer duct in a ring-like structure.(Figure 3) 3、A series of ring-like lacquer ducts joined together to form a chain -like structure.(Figure 4) 4、Several ring-like lacquer ducts closely connected together to form a network structure.(Figure 5) 5、Lacquer ducts with both small opennings and ring-like or cchain -like structures.(Figure 6) 6、Branching lacquer ducts.(Figure 7)
