CYP1B1及MDR1在两种人胃癌细胞中的差异表达

摘要 目的:比较细胞色素P4501B1(C YP1B1)及多药耐药基因(MDR1)在人胃癌细胞SGC7901和SGC7901/VCR细胞中的差异表达。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测C YP1B1及MDR1在二种人胃癌细胞中的表达情况。结果:CYP1B1及MDR1在SGC7901/VCR细胞中的表达量(0.726±0.074及0.545±0.068)明显高于SGC7901细胞(0.391±0.045及0.321±0.084,P<0.05),且两者在SGC7901/VCR细胞中的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.7859,P=0.0120)。结论:CYP1B1及MDR1可能共同参与了胃癌细胞对长春新碱(vincristine,VCR)的耐药。 Objective: To study the differential expression of CYP1B1 and MDR1 in human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells and SGC7901/VCR cells. Methods: The real-time fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction(QT-PCR) was used to detect the differential expression of CYP1B1 and MDR1. Results: The expressions of CYP1B1 and MDR1 in SGC7901/VCR cells(0.726±0.074 and 0.545±0.068) were higher than that in SGC7901 cells(0.391±0.045 and 0.321±0.084, P<0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation expression between CYP1B1 and MDR1 in SGC7901/VCR cells(r=0.7859, P=0.0120). Conclusion: CYP1B1 and MDR1 may be involved in the gastric cancer cells to resist vincristine(VCR).
