2型糖尿病患者胱抑素C、血尿酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

Association of cystatin C and serum uric acid with carotid intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)、血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT)的关系。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年9月于合肥市第一人民医院内分泌科住院的71例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据CIMT值将其分为A组(CIMT正常组:CIMT<1.0 mm;35例)与B组(CIMT增厚组:CIMT≥1.0mm;36例),比较两组患者临床资料及CysC,SUA等生化指标水平,分析其对CIMT的影响。结果:B组年龄、病程、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、CysC、SUA均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM患者的CIMT与CysC,SUA呈正相关(P<0.05),CysC,SUA是影响CIMT的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者的CysC,SUA水平与CIMT密切相关。

Objective:To explore the relationship between cystatin C(CysC)and serum uric acid(SUA)with carotid intimamedia thickness(CIMT)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods:Seventy-one patients with T2DM hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the CIMT value,they were divided into group A(normal CIMT group:CIMT<1.0 mm;n=35)and group B(CIMT thickening group:CIMT≥1.0 mm;n=36).The clinical data,CysC,SUA and other biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared,and the effects on CIMT were analyzed.Results:The age,course of disease,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,CysC,SUA in group B were higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CIMT was correlated with CysC and SUA in patients with T2DM(P<0.05).CysC and SUA were risk factors for CIMT(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of CysC and SUA in T2DM patients are closely related to CIMT.
