摘要
埃德加·爱伦·坡是一位伟大的诗人,他著名的诗歌《乌鸦》是一首韵律独特,富有意向美的诗歌。如何克服语言的差异性,翻译出诗歌的音美、形美和意向美,是对翻译者的一大考验。本篇论文基于互文性理论,从韵、意象和意向三个角度分析比较曹译本和宋陈译本。研究发现曹译本与宋陈译本相比,尽量做到了意义相同、语义对等和风格接近,最接近《乌鸦》诗歌原文的意境。
Edgar Allan Poe is a great poet and his famous poem Raven is a rhyming poem with plentiful poetic images.Because of the cultural difference,how to deliver the original rhyme beauty and interpret the cultural images are challenges for translators.This paper aims to analyze and compare Cao’s and Song&Chen’s Chinese-translated versions based on intertextual theory from three perspectives-rhyme,images and intentionality.The result indicates that Cao’s version has partially successfully delivered poem’s original rhyme,semantic images compared with Song&Chen’s version.
