摘要
本文以系统功能语言学为理论基础,从衔接、主位结构和逻辑-语义关系三个方面对《桃花源记》及其英译进行了语篇分析。所选用的例子来自于A.R.Davis和方重的译文。作为汉英语篇对比分析的一种尝试,本文不仅仅探讨汉英语篇的异同,还进一步检验了系统功能语法在进行语篇分析时的可应用性。
This paper attempts to make a text analysis of Peach-Blossom Source and its translations by A.R.Davis and Roland C.Fang from the perspective of systematic and functional grammar.The focus of the study is on cohesion,thematic structures and logic-semantic relations.As a trial of contrastive text analysis,this paper not only explores some similarities and differences between the Chinese and English language but also shows the applicability of Functional Grammar to text analysis.
